Ray White Northern Beaches launches flagship Manly office

Ray White Northern Beaches has officially marked a major milestone in its rapid expansion with the grand opening of its new flagship office in the heart of Manly.

Located at the high-exposure corner of Sydney Road and Belgrave Street, the office serves as a powerhouse base for the group’s growing team and a central hub for its winning business strategy.

The launch of the Manly office marks the fourth Northern Beaches location for directors David Walker and Charles Caravousanos in just nine months, following the successful integration of offices in Mona Vale, Elanora Heights, and the recent acquisition of Ray White Palm Beach.

The opening event was a true family affair, attended by Ray White Group managing director Dan White, along with Ray White NSW/ACT CEO Tim Snell and Ray White NSW/ACT head of people Bridgette Collis.

The expansion is driven by a high-performance culture that has already seen the Northern Beaches team sell half a billion dollars of local property since its inception.

p internationally) and the Northern Beaches network, David and Charles are leveraging the strength of their established buyer networks and deep market insight across both regions.

Charles said the Manly office is the ‘missing link’ in their long-term strategy.

“By connecting the Upper North Shore and the entire Northern Beaches, we give our clients an unparalleled advantage,” Charles said.

“We are seeing a significant flow of buyers moving between these two prestige markets.

“From our new Manly base, we can offer increased buyer reach and data-driven insights that no other local agency can match, ultimately delivering stronger campaigns and maximising results for our vendors.”

With a stunning new workspace designed to attract the industry’s best, the Manly office is currently in a major recruitment phase.

The group has already attracted top-tier talent, including Eddy Piddington, Julian Rowe and Nick Albert.

David said the new office was built for high-exposure campaigns.
