Ray White Upper North Shore & Northern Beaches has been named the No.1 Business across the entire Ray White International network. The result was announced at the Ray White New South Wales and ACT Annual Awards, held last night at the International Convention Centre in Sydney in front of more than 1,100 members and guests, where the team also claimed No.1 Business in NSW and ACT.
It caps off a year in which the team backed up strong sales performance with genuine community impact, also taking out the No.1 Best in Market Business award and the Community Service award, and finishing fourth for Number of Sales among NSW and ACT businesses.
Ray White NSW and ACT CEO Tim Snell addressed the room on a year that tested the industry.
“This year may have tested our industry, it may have tested our company, it may have tested our resolve, but market headwinds do not change our destination, they simply demand a higher standard of leadership,” he said.
Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches was awarded the No.1 Business for the fifth consecutive year, capping off its best year of growth to date.
In accepting the award, Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches principal David Walker said adversity builds character, but what we’ve learned over the last six to 12 months is that adversity reveals character.
He thanked the team and Ray White Corporate. “We are the best group in the country. We recruit the best, and we retain the best. And it’s because of the leadership you guys show us. To Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches, I love you guys, and let’s get on with it,” he said.
Individual team members were recognised too, with four Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches names appearing on the state leaderboards.
